Why fix something that is not broken? It is a strategy based on game mechanics that smart players use to stay relevant in this game. Nobody is stopping you from using the same strategy. Or why not you level out of that bracket so that you do not have to face them and cry about them? Why not? Because the next bracket have similar players with high power just waiting to own you. This game will never be fair, because X number of players have started the game before you. Still want to get ahead? Solution is cash.

[Bugs] HK servers Sage World Battlefields Issue on August 3rd

Exactly, who will keep a mail of their last rewards? In any case, 1. OASIS has the data of who attended Sage World Battlefield in your servers. 2. Oasis also has the records for "last SWB rewards" mailed to the player. So it is pretty much the case of whether OASIS wants to compensate its players or not. I usually get top 2, so I'm not too fussed about missing 1 SWB reward. I'm now immune to screw ups because I maintain the mentality of "what can go wrong does go wrong". Side note, I think it would be pretty funny if someone photoshops their screenshot and gets rewards out of this.
