Dear Players,


Due to the Issue of Space Time, we closed HK servers: S310, S313, S316, S319, S322, S325, S358, S331, S334, S337, S340, S343, S346, S349, 352, S355, S358, S361, S364, S370, S376, S379, S382, S385, S388, S391, S394, S397, S400, S404 for the second time maintenance.

Players who from these servers that cannot participate in Sage World Battlefields due to the second time maintenance, please provide your last SWB rewards screen (Email box) and your account information in these thread, then we can send you the same rewards for you to compensate the miss rewards of this SWB.

i delete my mails everyday so what am i going to do? why not just give these servers the compensation because no one was able to attend the swb...

I'm pretty skilled in photoshop myself but sadly I delete my mails too, so I guess I don't get compensation since I don't have their requirements. Oh wait, they own the database. I'm an I.T. tech. Do you want me to query your database? Oh wait, you have your own I.T staff. Why not let them query the database?

This is imho unacceptable. Oasis should have an access to logs. Regardless ... every player on those servers should get the rewards. As I guess things like summon pts. are not gonna be sent .. than every single player should get 10 adv. refines minimum and a seal scroll. And even then it would have been a loss to some. Either way. The maintance bcs of issues influenced everyones experience, even if people did not attend SWB, they were unable to play when they were suppossed to be. Do better Qolem, you can
