Chances of getting tendo is really low, so far I've seen only 1 his fragment pulled on my server during all lucky *es he was in. Same with lucky stars, only 1. Don't go for it if it's the only thing from here you care about. If you however see an event, where he can be considered ADDITIONAL gain, meaning either value from coupons spent is good from items itself or redeemables are good- that's the event you want to go for. Don't go for random lucky jackpot if other options are bad, I can assure you that you will regret it.

I already have Tendo but last lucky * I spent around 10k ingots and only got 1 frag. So the odds are fairly low and that was 20x10 spins. Best saving your coups and see if you can get lucky with a weekend mission or next lucky star event(if hes in there) if you truly want to grab him.
