not sure,but so far i get 5 oranges,1 red,and newer seen initiative chakra to drop,if you ask me,its buy only

I'm at 170k total practice point thus far, full orange+red (except the quicks I bought)

never seen quick in training.

So yeah, buy only

On average, 200k coin can get you more than 100 exp when you do gates again, thou only barely.

So I don't really bother and just use them for exp.

sell them, it will get u the same amount of exp in lower level chakras but it will also get you practice points to use to buy red chakras when they come out
