Name of offender : PrinceZilleroth S.1093 Server ID : 오와리55 S.1038 Short description of the situation :PrinceZilleroth S.1093 keep saying me Dog or Puppy. When i play the game i can hit him in sage and can ask him to join our group. I dont know why he called me dog or puppy. Last time i plunder him he called me Dog. I told him it's system in this game so lets not say to me Dog. But today again he called one of my member dog and he keep saying to me dog because i meet him in the sage and win. This makes me very stressful. I hope he wont stop calling to me and my members Dog, Puppy or even low IQ. i upload the picture i captured first one is he saying me dog in sage. secondone is before sage starts i ask him not to call us dog third one is after sage he keep saying us Dog. and he even mention about nationality. we r all equal no matter where we from. i get very stressful when i meet those kinds of person with no manner no respect. Do I have to quit this game? I really want to keep playing this game. I need to get Obito GNW and Indra ASAP. But that guy makes me stressful so much almost all people in this server hate this guy. I hope you guys need to do something about him again this is not the first time unless i feel not like to play this game anymore. He needs some penalty. Can hold my patience so i write here. Again i really appreciate Screenshot/s as evidence :

[Bugs] Red Envelope Bug: No coupon rebate

CS team knew the bug is not going to fixed in time due to the technician schedule. Redenvelope event is gone due to the time passed. CS team should have done either fixing the bug in weekends or suggesting other compensations( or canceling payments who didn't get their awards). They just skip the process what they should have done before they enjoy their weekends. Am I wrong?

The redenvelpe event is due until tomorrow. Bugs are still not fixed. Customer service keep telling me be patient. BEEEEEEEE PATIENTS!!!!!! What a kind customer service. What makes it so long to figure it out? Are they willing to fix these bugs? or Fixing these bugs after the events end? The resolution should come out until today.
