Today after the 10-hour maintenance I decided to recharge (12.5K in total and 470 from bonuses) so I could get the newly implemented ninja Itachi Uchiha (Kimono) in the lucky stars event. At first, when logging into the game I noticed I got loading in black screens, I easily fixed that by using the repair function. But my main problem is when I first recharged 10K ingots (2x 5K recharge + 300 bonus) the Red Envelope event didn't give me a rebate and show that I have not recharged any ingots when I actually have and I do have screenshots of the receipts but I do not want to show as it's confidential information (I'd prefer via email or more private) (F.Y.I this is all before 12:00 am, before everything gets reset). After 12:00 am which is after the lucky stars event reset their 500 hundred spins, I recharged another 2.5K ingot (70 coupon bonus) and when I looked into the red envelope event, it gave me the rebate for my 2.5K recharge (and 70 coupons). I just want to let you know about the event bug that occurred to me and I'm hoping if you could please reimburse the coupons that I never got in the rebate.
10K Ingot recharge = 20% recharge rebate to collect and 10% for the red envelope
20% = 2K coupons and 10% = 1K coupons
The 70 ingots came from the bonus that you get from recharge this amount.
Also, all payments were made via PayPal.

I also just noticed that the crazy slot machine only gave me 25 spins, I recharged 12.5K in total and 470 coupons in bonus I'm missing an extra 100 spins from the recharge and 4 spins from the bonus.
Recharging issues should be solved through a CS ticket. They will ask you to confirm the recharges, and it will be kept confidential, so there is no need to worry about that through them. I would suggest sending both of the screenshots you sent here, as well as the payment confirmations through PayPal. Hopefully this gets resolved quickly for you!

Hi, I've taken your advice to take this through a CS ticket, I've filled everything out that is required but I'm unable to submit the ticket, I'll click on the submit *on and nothing will happen. Is there a way to resolve this?

CS team knew the bug is not going to fixed in time due to the technician schedule. Redenvelope event is gone due to the time passed. CS team should have done either fixing the bug in weekends or suggesting other compensations( or canceling payments who didn't get their awards). They just skip the process what they should have done before they enjoy their weekends. Am I wrong?
