I answered this in your other post, but just to ensure that you see it, CS handles recharging issues, so you will have to create a CS Ticket.

same u. i try rechanged some times and this event alway show rechanged 0 ingot. i play in new server and i cant claim event rechanged daily

The redenvelpe event is due until tomorrow. Bugs are still not fixed. Customer service keep telling me be patient. BEEEEEEEE PATIENTS!!!!!! What a kind customer service. What makes it so long to figure it out? Are they willing to fix these bugs? or Fixing these bugs after the events end? The resolution should come out until today.
