Nope, if you want to gift ingots, you'll have to recharge their account.

Hello!


Just like RenjiAsuka said, there is no possible way to send Ingots to your other account but to recharge the account directly. But when it comes to coupons, it is possible. This can be done through the event "Red Envelope".
