I had recharged 5000ingots after this update on thursday. I didn;t get my redenvelope rebate. It doesn;t count. But I got 5000ingots and even 51times spins. So I sent evident pictures to QA team that I didn;t get my redenveope event. I got Answered today. Talk with my bank. OMG. R Nsruto QA really works here? Now where do I have to ask? I checked three times in my bank money sent Oasis worked 100%.
Hello, if you received your ingots, then you should have been charged for it, please send a screenshots to Customer Service via a ticket, showing your transaction number, as well as your red envelope event displaying that you had not received your rebate (if you still have it), they will be able to assist you better.
