Well i feel like if you spend more you might get another minato and be able to 4 star him and be closer/have naruto six paths, which sounds nice. So i would maybe go for it. Depends if you want to get anything new in the future.

Well first time seeing this and i have a couple of theories. 1st: this might be a mistype on their part and it's actually extra 250 sun scrolls.2nd: which makes less sense but, maybe he did the nine tails in 1st try? without dying and lived till the end of the Event. But still i also would like to know :o
