I think it might just be your playstyleIt is a fair playing field but purely spending to get ahead is an act of self harm. Refines and other things are based around an rng model so it is not best to just spend but spend at points that reduce this risk of failure such as when refines are 50% of the shop value or below and not around shop value. Without realization of risk it is pretty short sighted to say paying more is better. I feel that you assume the value of a ninja is related to how much one must spend for the ninja and this is an error in judgement. Ninjas are not that simple, such ninjas as kimimaro for example would be sss or godtier if we had a tier system since kimimaro is so good at doing his job, and you know what he is probably 5 star for every user currently playing. In addition, most people wont try to collect all the ninjas and play a selective style. Therefore, they will get a ninja from recruit they find great and build a team around it and * with it for awhile. The game isnt forcing u to buy the newest ninja at every release. Paying a premium for a "collectible" that you could of waited for is kinda your fault not the games.

lets just make one thing clear no one "owns" an account. All accounts are leased to you in a limited nature: in such nature the lease is non transferable to another. Therefore, it isnt really against TOS, but more so that the company has no obligation to honor the account with the new user. Proving that this happened is another thing entirely since ips are just locations of access and not physical users, so just an ip alone is not proof of a situation of transferring of user. However, multiple access points from different ips that are not consistent could help with providing evidence to support a claim that a user is not the owner.

tbh its a population issue more than anything. Alts become less and less useful as the population of the server grows. U dont know the other spectrum of dealing with too many people for gnw, (why is gnw limited to 54 people and member limit 116), *t in this case becomes very bad since you would deal with * lag with that setup. In addition adding more people to swb would be bad since u basically give free wins to the competition. Basically, im more inclined to say that we need some drastic merges for the servers that are affected ie 5-8 servers merged cause it seems like the numbers need to go way up in groups to get the full experience.

Two events that I wouldnt mind seeing/adjusting. 1. I think a time during the week where arena is always gives at min +1 to the score would be cool would give people more battles and really make the experience more enjoyable. This would fix the problem with arena not being populated enough to make it fun. 2. The fishing event could easily be reworked to be a lot better. give us 5 shards of a ninja that doesnt show up that often like a gnw variant (not really op but useful) costing about half a week worth of fishing, replace all refines with purification runes (still have to be lucky but useful at all levels), you could also put in copper experience pigs too which would help lower levels increase ninja tool levels and older players increase the odds of reforging ninja tools.

the second setup should be 32412 poison procs shields so u can lay down immobile otherwise it will be redirected back on you and u lose priority. focus all the dmg on highcombo ability so use the chameleon and 5combo chase that way all the clones are gone in one sweeping move.

other games do throttle everyone to the same speed which i dont think this is doing tbh since lag only happens when u are with someone with potato internet. However, i think the best solution would be to enhance some skills activation processes like how when ao is using a skill he cant be stopped with other interrupts. Like they c*low for if u use an interrupt skill it stops all skill ability for that round (creating a new status). This might be more or less due to the global scope of the player base where connections are not as equal as other instances of this game. So it comes with the territory of operating with open access.

If you are getting bored and need a change up you could go lightning main and run the sasuke kimimaro iruka team (standard roots). Any other setup at this point would be kinda hard to recommend since u are missing 1 or 2 of the ninjas to make a standard setup for the main. I would however, spam kage treasure until you pick up a barrier user then start building a team that would work well with them. Since i see Fu, akatsuchi, and temari you are at max 30 seals away from a rare in kage, so wait until then to start thinking of a finalized team.
