There are both pros & cons when you move Itachi to move 1, not just cons. Pros: 1. You can 5 stars him easily and make him a powerhouse with bond mystery, plus his bond mystery actually hit really hard. 2. Itachi on hit effect is tag so it won't be a pain in the a$$ when fight against mirror reflect like Shisui. 3. You still be able to use Shisui pretty much right after Itachi to guarantee a 2 rounds chaos on the enemy target of your choice. Cons: 1. Itachi don't have dodge, so masked man can easily counter you. 2. You waste his cleanse passive. 3. His bond mystery for some reasons (I don't know if this is bug or not) can't be reset by Killing Intent or Red Lotus Secret. So his mystery CD still gonna be 3 rounds after round 2.

^ Unless you do 2-3 times 25k into it and compare the amount of seal scroll, mood, ninja's frag and there are huge different every time then you can say Oasis altered the drop rate. Otherwise it serve no purpose whatsoever but spread false information instead. Just a few thousands or hundreds coupon/ingot won't be enough to prove anything. It's all RNG.

Depend on your goal and situation, you want a faster sage team to guarantee top 3 spot then go for Hiruzen. But if you want to fight people around your power level then pick cool tobi. PvP wise, hiruzen can beat cool tobi if you stack your hiruzen enough. However the jonin minato - cool tobi duo are also very strong in 1v1 pvp as long as you have higher ini than your opponent,

You get around 900~1200 sun coins for each sage. But for the sake of quick math. Let's assume you get 1k for each sage world and matsuri. That's alone would be 5k/week (3 sage 2 matsuri). Then you just need 2 RJ to reach the cap. So my asnwer will be yes people who already stand at the top of the food chain in their bracket. But not worth it for people who just start to freeze.

Shisui is ~ 16k Masked Man ~ 12k Price may be different in events. I suggested you save for a few months to stack 20k then go out with a b4ng instead of spending 3, 4k each time.

[Updates] Version 5.0 - Preview

Because the % tactics don't have technical issue while the 3.0 thingy did. They've stated it so many times about the technical problem but you guys seem to completely ignored that part. Also I've take a look again at 3.0 update preview and they did updated pretty much everything except red chakra rune in 8gates exchange. So instead of referring that to "some missing 3.0 features" to make it sound like we are missing a lot of features while we only missing 1. It's better to call it by name now to prevent misleading. I'm pretty sure a lot people here don't even know what was previewed in 3.0 but still jumped on the complain train.

The cheapest place to get Kushina was probably Fortune Wheel back then. I got her for 4k in that event. But I'm not sure if she will comeback in that event tho.

Yea, your math and logic are definitely off here. You are compare 2 total different events that don't even work in the same way. It's fine if you compare Konoha Shop with Outlet for example because they work the same way aka you spend coupon/ingot directly to buy stuffs. But shuriken balloon are not a shop type event, it's a rebate event with a little f2p friendly feature. So it's mean you spend your ingots somewhere else and get rewards for what you spent THEN you get EXTRA stuffs from shuriken balloon, you don't pay DIRECTLY for stuffs in shuriken balloon.

[Suggestions] New Cross Server Battle With New Rule - Please add this mode in game.

1. People spend money to get stronger, A LOT of money. And the easiest way to make them feel stronger is to let them beat almost everyone who spend less than them. If that mode actually a thing then everyone can just rush to 85, save for ninjas and don't even care about half the game functions because they don't need power. Not even care about initiative because what the point to trying so hard to beat everyone else around you just to be place into a group where your effort & money worth nothing? That mode you suggested serve no purpose whatsoever. 2. Rewards for this mode are just too big, do you know why sage world battlefield give best reward? It's to encourage people spending and become one of the strongest, no point give even more rewards into a mode where 90% participate players don't even spend a dime. 3. If you want to fight people across many servers then space-time is what you looking for. 4. In the mother version of the game there is another mode where people climb tower and battle, however power still play big part, as it should be. 5. Also there will be a special sage world with arena rules however with different rewards that already happened in the mother version of this game (CN). So yeah, no point add your suggested mode on top of everything.
