I love great plate for it being the better if not best free to play event in turn of reward but at the same time its like I want a few frags for something this case being hashirama so I dont have to spend 5k for his ninja god book being I already had like 30 frags before pulling in treasure but then great plates does something like...
then its like why was I hating on you again you da best.
side note this wasn't a free pull but a quick 100 cause I wanted some grasp to finish off my map level
^ Unless you do 2-3 times 25k into it and compare the amount of seal scroll, mood, ninja's frag and there are huge different every time then you can say Oasis altered the drop rate. Otherwise it serve no purpose whatsoever but spread false information instead. Just a few thousands or hundreds coupon/ingot won't be enough to prove anything. It's all RNG.

I'm sorry, but I have to agree with the previous poster against you. The rates for the other ninjas seem to have been lowered. 150 keys and I have not seen a single frag of minato. Sure, I got a fair amount of seal scrolls and kakashi frags, but Hashirama and Minato frags seem to be quite fewer and far between.
As far as RNG goes, no one is disputing that chance is involved here, but if you think that ANY company (not just talking about this one) doesn't have the capability to adjust the RNG factor in these events, then you are a little too naive.
It is no different then the crane games (or other variants to win iPods/PS4 or other big prizes) or even slot machines in Las Vegas. While it is RNG, they CAN be modified according to how they want. This is no different. There is a noticeable difference from when they first reintroduced great plates and now.

But remember that it is much easier to tell people that there chance is involved rather than talking about rates being manipulated. If someone knows that the rates were buffed but did not get what they wanted, they get angry of course and think its chance. You have to be careful on some reasoning behind RNG events as some might not understand the consequences of RNG events (like OP) and it is you are not guaranteed of getting what you want by how much you are spending. In the end, players have to prepare themselves of losing what they are going to spend rather than what they are capable of earning if they are dealing with these type of events. Discussing about the rates doesn't change the fact they were willing to spend x amount of coupons/ignots.
You also need to consider that the first time we had ninjas like Guy gate of joy (which we will be getting for free later on) and kakashi anbu (totally useless in this me
