So thanks to the p2w event weeks, I have somehow managed to save around 4k coupons.

I was wondering who is it worth going after, Shisui or Masked Man?

Also, what are their current general prices?

Shisui is ~ 16k

Masked Man ~ 12k

Price may be different in events. I suggested you save for a few months to stack 20k then go out with a b4ng instead of spending 3, 4k each time.
