Hey! I think this is a great suggestion but unfortunately one that is unlikely to be implemented for various reasons. It would put alot of restrictions on groups and players who cannot fulfill these requirements. Events such as themed arena exist to give this kind of variety and creativity to the game play.

As stated there is no set value for obtaining the top prize in RNG events, they are random, some players may spend very little and obtain the prize and some may spend much much more and do not obtain it. Unfortunately that is the way all the RNG events work so please take this in mind when spinning for RNG events in future! Good Luck!

That is likely an issue with your connection to the server, I suggest you flush your DNS. It may also be a slight difference between your computer time and the servers time which wont always line up.
