That is likely an issue with your connection to the server, I suggest you flush your DNS.

It may also be a slight difference between your computer time and the servers time which wont always line up.

it could be the case if i was the only one with the problem but all my group member have it too, for example when SWB open the registration time a message pops at 19:30 but you can only apply at 19:32 server time and the timer is down to 8 min of wait time my pc time is at -3 hours so SWB starts at 4:30 bt can only register at 4:32, and again its not only me.
