Remember that not all of the patch changes are added on the first day of the new patch. The 3.0 features will be fully added before 4.0 comes (as it always is on every server)1) We got to reclaim power too, and we got Seal scrolls too. I did, I see no reason why it would be any different for you.2) Redemption market did not refresh yet. It was updated to add pains in there. You can see that if you check fragment locations on pains in your Ninja list.3) I can't say anything about the Minato Obito price in our version, I got 80 points with 10 orbs. I do remember people saying in Germany they averaged around 14k coupons.4) No idea about that, it might have not been updated yet. German players did not tell about any details of summons system on their 3.0 release day, only showing the new screen and moving to the next topic. So I do not have any info on how this system works yet.5) Ad. 46) She is most likely going to be changed with jugokudo, but we will have to see once shops refresh correctly. 7) That's an intended feature of 3.0 it was announced 3 weeks ago. Besides who cares about a couple coupons when you get advanced threads?8) The bonus for matching ninja tools also got increased, which explains the price.9) Have no info on that. That said remember that one day of the week has double claims on cultivation runes (not like it matters anyways :P)10) Indeed, seems like an error with patching. Servers are down again for hot fix.11) Yes red chakra runes from the 8gates SHOP

It would be best for you to redeem all medium refines instead of ninjas.Then wait for refine event, preferably the new one giving you rewards for amount of refines used. If you manage to get 500 refines before using them you will also get a red chakra rune. Though if you go for 500 I guess it would be best to wait both refine events to be on.Plenty of waiting - yes, but it definetely is the most efficient way to use them.

So in 3 years china got 2 summer clothes, and it's weird we do not get this on our 1st year?Oasis does not decide when we get new things to the game. They get content from developers and they localize it in this order.(I mean really, do you honestly belive that they would choose not to give us new costume seeing as they are priced at 200$ on release?) I wouldn't buy him, but to be honest I barely ever recommend buying anything. You can get him for free in about 4 months of doing survival. And of course he might come from a free draw in treasures. Kimmimaro definitely not worth buying as it's 100% free ninja, you get 5 fragments of him by sweeping his elite instances every day.

As much as Jib tries to encourage you, which is nice, I'll be realistic there and break the bubble.If you want ANY of these changes to happen, you need to write it to Tencent (Do bother writing in English though, unlikely they will read it, also the changes would get to us in few years considering current gap). Publisher like Oasis does not have anywhere near the kind of power over the game to be able to introduce any changes in game.
