China servers are just now getting it Meaning, we won't be getting it for a while. There's a lot of custom clothing we've yet to even touch the ba
se at.
I think its the second time appearing since it was part of the clothing list prior to their summer event happening now. -

- no, they just now got the 2nd version yet we dont even have the first?
So in 3 years china got 2 summer clothes, and it's weird we do not get this on our 1st year?
Oasis does not decide when we get new things to the game. They get content from developers and they localize it in this order.(I mean really, do you honestly belive that they would choose not to give us new costume seeing as they are priced at 200$ on release?)

your wrong, china got theirs on their first year and they got the second on the 3rd year(today) -

The summer outfit was free in China all you had to do was login for the 5 days. And correct me if I am wrong the game belongs to Tencent, but the English version we play on today the rights belong to Oasis Game. They are in charge of translating the game from Chinese to English and have full control of the event cycles and redemption prices and rewards. -
