I spend 400 stamina to get 2 times ramen..soo if I don't buy there is no chance I can redeem something and this was supposed to be F2P event?

You are just unlucky. I got 8 with 200. Anyhow that is a bug report thread, not event discussion.

Just a tip. When you want to get points out of sweeping never ever sweep 5 times in a row. Just sweep one by one. I fail to understand why but somehow the sweep by 5 or by 3 is rigged.
