You can. The last investment day is on Wednesday night and then claim coupons the following week. That's what my friends usually do, just wait for next events and see if anything's good. Usually Fuku comes after Frog. If there is/are decent ninja(s) in Fuku then he would invest. And if you recharge on 26th to buy Froggy, you still have chances to spin Shinobi Feast on Wednesday night for ninja drop chance, even though it would probably be 0%. LMAO. But if you care about Slot Machine drop as well, do it on 23rd Sunday as you said. 1 stone, many birds. If you're going to recharge, make your money worth. Just saying.

I'm going to say Bee. From my exp Minato is meh. I've tried to put in pos 1, he didn't impress me that much tbh. In arena he's amazing pos 1 though. He's basically my extra dmg dealer and buff. Bee is overall less expensive than Minato. Just saying. You got to invest 2 more ninjas (not counting Hashi) for barrier and materials ie chimes and scrolls. And all those expensive components to get your Minato barrier and get destroyed by cheap Madara Edo-Released.
