1＃ Go ToI've noticed others doing it that i PVP against, Edo minato gets a mystery every single round.... am i missing something? is their another character that does that for you or multiple other characters that allow edo minato to have a mystery every round?

You c*so spam +2 every round if done right well mainly 2-3 back to back
plus Y+1 honestly *s
+2 is far better yeah it not *spam-able* but it 12 units, 30% more damage and goes threw dodge and can be spam back to back round 2 and 3 but every 2 rounds afterwards
Y+1 cant go threw dodge only hit 8 units and can be spam every round -
