Similar issue with SWB happened to me few days ago and i reported it via tiCket system. Upon entering the swb all players were friendly (white names) and i couldnt attack anyone. But my list of players per respective cave/battlefield was loaded with names. I am from server S1516. And for me to fix this issue it was enough to refresh the game and rejoin the SWB.

Server 1516 is experiencing the same problem. No cross server events. We had them yesterday. SWB was only our server again.

Thank you for your input Yujin, but it seems you didnt read carefully. The deadline was 23:59:59, i was screwed 1minute before event deadline, which shouldnt happen. They wrote that they wont compensate if the player miss the deadline, not if they miss due to bugged event..

No. of group participating in Great Ninja War: 2 but very one sided, second group does not have enough embers 7. Average Power Rank of Top 5, Top 10, Top 20: AVG Top 5: 185K AVG Top 10: 126K AVG Top 20: 89K We have some competitive players, but unfortunately we are facing a bug and we did not receive the cross server events (after 2 months). Therefore, people started to abandon the server. Merging us would probably also help us in this endeavour and stabilise the outflow of ninjas. Please find the respective screenshots below.
