His growth stat for Tai is rather low, but nonetheless you don't want to get rid of it, HP would imo be the best due to the fact that his passive (Pose of invincibility) triggers at max hp, not a set amount of hp and as it is you don't want to lose resistance or defence.

I like giving them steroids!For real though, I run Tendo, light main, Jugokido and Gakido. It allows me to paralyze the enemy as well as remove all debuffs from my team mates, as well as allowing for acupuncture to stop the enemy threats from doing anything. It's a bit in the middle for damage, it isn't amazing in that regard but overall I enjoy it.
