Nin and tai *ion overcome the excess of def/resistance granted by damage reduction. If your enemy owns 0 damage reduction secondary stats they are useless, if he owns an high damage reduction stat they are useful. Just to be more precise: lets say you own 10000 resistance, 9000 defense and 2000 damage reduction. If your enemy hits you with 0 *ions it will hit like if you owned 12000 resistance and 11000 defense. If he hits you owning 1500 tai pen and 1200 nin pen he will hit you like if you had 10800 resistance and 9500 defense, if he hit you owning 3000 tai pen and 4000 nin pen he will not hit you like if you had 8000 def and resistance, but like if you had your basic 10000 res and 9000 def, so those 1000 tai and 2000 nin *ions in excess he stacked were useless in that case. About elemental resistances i am pretty sure +2 are worse than resistance/damage reduction granted by essences. +3 comparable + 4 better.

[Suggestions] Azure Fang vs Scarlet blaze, something doesn't work right

In truth i too consider scarlet blaze set of talents too strong considering the ninja lineup available. Is too easy for sb to be able to create a team and good synergies and he substantially fails only against full immune teams, teams that cannot be run with azure fang with any hopes to be competitive, unless we talk about naruto kurama or 4-6 tails, ninjas that are not at all easy to gain and that as pointed out by garv work better with other mains and that are not of water attribute. Imho azure fang should get a talent like 'status adaptment' that let her use mystery even if chaosed or immobilized. Something like: if azure fang is under sleep, chaos or immobile she can still cast a mystery but her hp are halved. For that round she becomes immune to new debuffs. She can still be interrupted but at least is able to do her work and at a big cost.

What do you mean by delaying? Are you talking about level freezing? Because no, i am not level freezing at all, i just avoided to go on with the plot instances for level 95+, but i do all the common daily activities that grant exp, wb included, and the only reason i avoid doing them is because if i become level 97 or 98 before the usual swarm of level 80-85 level up i would not be anymore able to plunder them and in my server that one is an issue way more big than swb placement.

Beware that this is true if your group is able to register for gnw. If no groups owns 200 activity rate you simpy have no gnw.

Bonds matching

No, you can't be matched with people from other regions because bonds are available only since 19:00 to 22:30. There's not even one minute during which this time span overalys the same time span of another zone. So when is bonds time for you in uk is not bonds time in hk, la or ny zone so they can't join even if was actually possible for them to be really matched with you. Those two people are in uk region, the point is in which server. Personally speaking i matched one 163k from server 543 last time... P.S. since you are in s20 you are for sure in a merged server so you can go to character interface and select to show the number of the server. If you select it it tells you also the number of the enemies servers when doing xserver features too. EDIT: a guy posted uk power ranks in a new tread. There's a 224k guy with a weird name, it's him who you matched. The other one was tiffany. Server 163 both.
