You know, whatever you are saying here doesn't matter at all. There are more than a few people who are more than willing to drop 3 grands for this event and this is the reason why this event is going to happen again and again. None absolutely cares that we had 20 ppl in SWB today or the fact that in ST people even stopped showing up. They just care about how happy they are going to be that at least 5 people are going to drop 3k, not understanding that over 100 people would have willingly payed 600-1k for him.

He is a pos 1 char. You just need a strong pos 2 debuffer. While i don't like his kit, he would be good paired with hanzo SB + madara 5k, suppressing sa + immunity. Just use rhino as summon.

You can switch at pleasure between mutations and BT of the same value (color). About the RNG part... in CN you could spend 20k ingots in potions and protections, without getting the BT you wanted. So... Devs put more than enough thought in that.

You don't lock untill you get a golden init. After that you should try to go for at least purple on all other stats. But locking anything in place of init is a waste of protection.

You can buy them with ingots and it's probably the best way to convert them in the long run. Platinum monthly, if you don't have jonin medal, is locked behind a 1k ingots recharge, which is 20$.
