in my experience poorly, fairly regularly run into teams with upwards of double my power, I think they need to treat it like Arena and just set everyone at a specific level so you can get even matches and it comes down more to team comp and strategy than if the RNG gods smiled on you are not at matchmaking

yeah seems the servers are on fire pretty much everywhere, was having issues on a NY server earlier, swapped to an LA based one for it's evening events and it was having the same connection issues
