Depends on the setting. If it's in a regular battle/SWB/arena, individual initiative is followed. Group initiative for auto barriers, and higher group ini = later auto barrier cast.If it's matsuri/survival, group initiative and ninja placement (like who you put into the lineup first, apart from the positions) are considered.

Want a quick solution? Try the roshi+fuguki combo. As soon as sailor does her standard and gets ignited, she's good as gone.Way far from being a ninja god. Those two ninjas I mentioned crush sailor like an ant that it will never be fair for ages to come.Edit: And in arena, I know it will be a sure win if my enemy runs a sailor-centered team. Basically food for getting six paths faster.

If we go by your logic about complaints, then what gives these people the right to complain about a week of no refine rebate? It's not like Oasis points a gun on their heads saying "don't participate in the 7 days of welfare event". They could have, but they didn't, cause they thought refine rebate proceeds that week, as what most of us have thought. Now you're talking about why would people complain about a consecutive wave of events similar to refine rebates? Can't you tell why would people get upset? They created the 7 days of welfare event, it was there and people did it. Now the moderator has clarified why we don't have a refine rebate event, that is, because we had a similar one in the form of 7 days of welfare, and they've thought about the benefit of more players, so they omitted the following week's refine rebate thinking it would help more people to start saving up again, and to help those who could save up more to reach the max reward point. People who did not participate in the 7 days of welfare surely still has their refine runes. What gives you the right to complain when you have not lost anything?? Don't even tell me shizz about winning in sage or arena coz boo-hoo, you could have done your refines, such a fairy tale. Get a grip. There were even people who were glad coz they had the time to save up some more and to get a better chance at upgrading several refine levels. Instead of just crying, try to keep saving your runes and wait for the rebate, that is ascertained by the moderator. Question, have you saved 500 runes in total to get the max rewards? Are your refine levels a bit low that you're certain wish credits would have guaranteed multiple refinement success? If the former questions aren't relevant to you, then what gives you the right to cry?Words are double-edged. Words are mirrors. Pleasant words get pleasant feedback, otherwise nein.

You probably haven't tried presenting an issue that might question the current game's system.If you were so, then you must have noticed that they most likely close or delete a thread, no matter how sensible it could be, but will possibly undermine (even a little) the profits of this company, OR that it may create an even bigger drama if more people agrees to the idea.People, who try to thoroughly think of an idea, balances it out over and over, and finally presenting it to the forum just to get deleted instantly, will somehow feel frustrated about how one can be shut that easily.

Well, I was speaking about my personal experience. My server is relatively new, and I was trying to catch up with the whales in both ranked arena and SWB.Had my move 1 ninja at max level 9 refine, lowest is 6. Now, tell me, what are the odds that my 200ish refine runes (mostly advanced at that, and only 30 mediums)to advance me through 2 levels? My other ninjas are at 5 and 6, and I don't need to focus on them as it is a healing-based team. Comments like yours really just repeata previous cycle of arguments just cause some people fail to look at the details of an issue.I noticed my initiative wasn't much of a hindrance, so I went on and did arena and it was fine.So how does a 30 medium refine and 170ish advanced refine on a level 9-refined gear do make a lot of difference for me?So I went on for power. Didn't regret it at all.The problem with some people is they keep insisting on things (based on subjective cues at that, and funny enough, talks about logic.. smh) that they wish to happen despite being given a clarification by the moderator.We have our own reasons for doing the things we do. But when faced with a predicament that's clearly beyond anyone's control, we should just move on and accept that not all the things will ever go our way. Had the refine rebate came this week, heck, I'd get a bit upset but I'm not gonna keep b****ing about some past event on these fora.

I take it you're in the stage of the game where you don't really need the rewards stated in the recent 7 welfare's event?I mustn't have mentioned that I'm in a server which is less than 3 months old, and the rewards helped me power up.I had enough to complete the welfare's max reward of 200 refinements, so I thought it was better than if I did the 200+ typical refine rebate event, which I'm not even sure if I'd succeed more than twice.. Many of us know it's not worth the effort ifyou can only upgrade a refinement level once, that's just awful.. So, yeah the welfare rewards did help me, powered up a couple hundreds.
