If you're having issue binding, the only place that can help you is in game CS (? icon at top right of your client or navigating through user center to CS).

Apparently there's an issue on the Facebook login portal end. Unfortunately because it's third party (Facebook login, rather than game direct account login), anyone facing Facebook issues is going to have to wait to use Facebook login. Can bind your account in the meantime if possible, to avoid this issue now / later on.
