Seems like you misunderstood my comment. The moment you filed a dispute with Paypal, it automatically places a refund clause on your account because they're the providers to the merchant. If you didn't receive the ingots, there are only two possible meanings to it. The transaction money is on HOLD. Meaning, it requires Oasis to greenlight it with the merchant that has the money to accept the transaction as Complete. Or The bank is withholding it till further notice. Anyway, because you've set up a dispute with Paypal, they in liberality filed a refund on your behave. Which means it's a refund clause. And as I explained to you previously, Refund clause causes the account to be blocked. Now please be advised and follow the instructions I provided you earlier. Hey When a transaction is placed. Funds are on hold till the transaction is completed. Meaning that "honored" comment is a stand-by till the funds are green-lighted by the merchant and the providers. The moment you filed a refund with Paypal, it cancels the hold with Oasis and states a refund clause on your Account. When you win a reward, it's announced server-wide and on the left corner. based on your screenshots, I can't determine that you actually won the reward.
