Hi,

I play at S750 UK server and our server was merged today (28th May), but we are unable to get the "merged server bonus" which includes 400 coupons and some other stuff..but in another account that bonus appears a redeemable..so is this a bug or is it intended??

Please clarify this.

Those Compensations are only given once.

If a server has already been merged and the rewards giveth, it will not occur again.
