This might explain why your internet appears to be functioning, but you're still encountering the error. One possible solution is to perform a hard reset on your internet connection. To do this, unplug both the power and coaxial cables from your modem for 30 seconds, then reconnect them. Next, press the Windows+R keys to open the "Run" window, type in "CMD," and press OK to launch the Command Prompt. Once it's open, type ipconfig /flushdns and hit Enter. You should receive a confirmation that the DNS Resolver Cache was successfully flushed. Hello! Great question. Essentially what is happening is that GDPR needs to be accepted in order for you to access your account. You can only accept the GDPR on a new character, since the old character has already has not accepted it. If you follow the steps outlined above, it will allow you to accept the GDPR, which will enable you to go back to the your old server and access your old character again. Hope that helps! ~Jib
