im use your method, clear cache on top and clear dns on command prompt. reset laptop and modem, still cant login

If you have already tried the steps below and are still experiencing issues:

1. Clear the game cache (cog icon in the top right > clear up system)

2. Flush the DNS cache (open 'command prompt' on the PC and type ipconfig /flushdns and hit enter)

3. Reboot the PC (to be extra sure, reboot the modem/router too)

Might I also recommend checking if you have a version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your devices that is older than 11.4 version as mentioned in the screenshot that you provided?

i can login now, but use cellular data, but if u use Wifi Internet Connection, there will be somehing like this picture

If login issues persist despite following troubleshooting steps such as clearing cookies and cache, and flushing DNS (by opening 'command prompt' on your PC and typing ipconfig /flushdns, then hitting enter), I suggest temporarily using a VPN to log into the game.

yes, use vpn for a while and then I can normal online again

no need use vpn again.

I just happen to have this issue suddenly. And yes, using VPN works on my Windows PC with the latest miniclient. I used Cloudflare WARP, simple and free (real, im not advertising).
