It's hard to say exactly why they did that, and yes it's exclusive to french region. If they receive coupons/ingots at the same rate as us, it's approximately $7000 per equipment to upgrade lvl10 to lvl13, and +300 init scaling per level it appears.

No unit is defined as a "tank." Every battle will have advantageous formations to survive longer. Sometimes clones will protect your formation, other times immunity to status, dodge, super armor, etc....

Madara ( Five Kage Summit)

As with any "Should I" question there are a vast amount of variables, but mostly what are you sacrificing to obtain the ninja? Is spending 10k+ coupons worth the power offset? Will you wait until hes redeemable? etc. Five Kage Madara is a top tier support ninja in the respect that he can shut down the enemy team completely, but his true usefulness is situational. Pros: Turn 1 prompt mystery to remove all buffs/shields and lockout mysteries. 2x Chase to potentially steal 40 chakra per turn and acupuncture a target. (Compliments many pos1 ninjas like Minato) 20 Hit chase to ignite entire enemy team. Can be a great front liner if opponent relies on chases. Cons: Cannot dodge interrupt mechanics (Susanoo Itachi, Iruka, Anbu Yamato, etc.) Mystery may be useless All damage is chase reliant Tends to die fast to poison/ignite

Stack your position one (Initiative) to what you feel comfortable spending. Generally spenders stop at Level 3 or Level 4. Unless you have a dire need to spend gobs of money on a small pos1 init after that, get the rest to Level 2 before considering anymore invested.

Because the breakthrough already requires it, I would assume so. "Naruto Online EN" has proven they are raising the requirements for breakthrough/skill trial from other versions of the game since people like to spend lots of money.

MonkeyLord nailed it. Even with the future breakthrough/skill trial of Tendo Pain, his weaknesses in PvP were not addressed (as a front man.) You could possibly use him as a support with his improved chases, but there are much more practical ninjas out there. Like MonkeyLord said, he's great for the few challenges in the game where you need to clear a field of enemies that aren't particularly threatening. He is easily buffed (note that teammates c*e Rinnegan buffs.) Even Edo Hiruzen is generally a slower tactic than pain nuking due to limited targets hit. Fun fact, before they nerfed Tendo Pain he was never really *l-star anyhow. He used to have a prompt mystery and the old meta supported the "turn 2 mystery" type battle, but as a "super rare" he was heavily outshined by his counter part in the treasure, the hit-or-miss Hashirama barrier.

I pulled them both multiple times to 3star them and it appears to be random after you get them both once. That said, Edo Tensei treasure ninjas were never apart of any popular or successful team and have not received any buff in China version.

As long as you have no sudden need for the ninja, yes. You would be wasting 60 fragments when you pull him. That said, it could be a *very* long time before you pull Ay unless you are spending seal rebates towards the treasure. Additionally, if you feel you are very far away from the pull, consider that he will eventually be apart of the skill trial system. (No fragment grinding will be necessary.)

Decisive bonds is one of three scenarios: 1) A top-tier p2w carrying lower bp group/server members (400K+) 2) Two fairly strong players together (250K+) 3) New server/Low bp players There is absolutely no match making or server range to aid anyone new. In my opinion, it's just a giant waste of time until your at least 200K. (and going up with new, cheaper power systems.) To be fair, I've been doing it since release as a spender and the reward boxes really haven't made any impact. It's just for spenders to fight each other casually pretty much.

Sorry to interrupt my own story but, Mr "Banheiro," Memo has done nothing wrong. Sure he somehow obtained a super rare before it was possible for the rest of players, but I assure you he has lied multiple times about admitting to be an employee, and that Oasis is telling us the truth because they certainly don't not have the power to ban his account if he wasn't an employee.
