So what's the ideal way to handle leveling these things? Stack one? level them together?

Stack your position one (Initiative) to what you feel comfortable spending. Generally spenders stop at Level 3 or Level 4.


Unless you have a dire need to spend gobs of money on a small pos1 init after that, get the rest to Level 2 before considering anymore invested.
