Use Hinata instead of Haku. Use the knockdown -> low float chase on your lightning main. All of your mysteries will combo correctly and you should have an easier time clearing missions. If you still aren't able to you're going to just need more power.

Pretty sure getting banned after getting a refund is standard for other online games as well. I'm not just talking about web games either. Same thing happens if you were to get a refund in WoW or GW2.
