lets try to look at this from a serious point of view. 1) any single feature that increases move 1 secondary stats without increasing by the same amount of higher move 2-3-4 secondary stats has absolutely to not be implemented in game at our current state. 2) about current caps, what i think is that increasing the cap for summon runes, magatamas and battle armor "upgrade" side would be actually a good move if and only if getting to level 9 magatamas and level 12 summon runes becomes way less expensive than now. 3) adding % tactics if limited exclusively to defense, resistance and life primary stats would actually be a good move, if instead it implies to add also ninjutsu and attack primary stats, no, would be quite bad.

the game when you have 2-3 moves very stacked is completely different in comparison with when you have only 1. once you have 3 moves very highly stacked healers and shielders matter way more, the same for cc supporters since your move 3 can actually control the enemy move 1 or 2 while right now for the majority of the population this happens only in arena.

this one is loco's move 2 (a 750k whale that made all his move 1 level 14 recently). if he didn't do it now he would be more or less in the same situation as Kagari (a 580k whale that didn't make his move 1 runes level 14, but left them at 12) I'm in the same situation as Zathroth, more or less. I play since january 2017 in s302, i'm a low casher (around 20$ per month) and as you can see i'm 47th currently in my space time bracket, sitting at 340k power. I still own only 2 level 10 refinements (close to get my 3rd) and in my move 1 slots i have 2/3 level 12 and 2/3 level 11 runes per slot. I think is sufficient to show how not needed at all was this choice.

move 1 injury right now have a too big impact in game. it's literally the only stat that matter together with initiative. this is something you should try to fix and patch instead you go on worsening the situation. make injury the close to useless secondary stat it is supposed to be and give way way more value to attack, ninjutsu and eventually to ninjutsu p3netration and taijutsu p3netration too. it's annoying that everything is set up by how big your move 1 secondary stats are. this should cease to matter this much and it's your fault if matters this much and instead of trying to make a patch and fix this shiit what you do is trying to worsen it. this is literally the opposite of what you should do right now.
