I suggest you contact our In Game customer service with screenshots showing the benefit hall page, showing you logged in that day as well as the Summer Memories screen showing you cannot redeem the frags. Most importantly please make sure all the screenshots show the server time and date in the screenshots and are not cropped!

Having multiple accounts put a stress on your own connection to the server which can cause the lag. I encourage you to flush your DNS and ensure you have a good internet connection but this is a common risk with running multiple accounts.

Please be patient regarding any reply from Customer Service as they work on a HK time frame which may be opposite to you and they also need to verify all the details before giving you the correct reply and this can cause a small delay... If they still haven't gotten back to you then I would encourage you to let me know on Discord and I can look into it further for you. =)

Because you initiated a Refund it triggers the Refund Clause which locks your account. In order to lift this you need to contact the In Game Customer Service with ALL of the details regarding the transaction as well as the refund as unfortunately this cannot be dealt with in the forum setting.

Hey, When you logged in to collect the daily prize, what was your local computer time rather then the server time? (although neither a shown in the screenshot) Its possible that once your local computer switches over to the 20/7 you will be able to collect this. If your still unable to then I suggest you send an In Game Customer Support Ticket.
