I have Susano Itachi, collected his fragments from treasures over 2 years. I barely used him. He's very fun to use in PvP and Arena.

However, I still preferred my Konan and Edo Deidara. That's pretty much said it that I would choose Edo Hashirama.

I'm the AOE-damage player, especially in Ranked Battle and GNW. Edo Hashirama would be my prefer choice over Itachi.

I'm not saying that Itachi is not good. It's just different playstyle. That is all.

Added: Itachi is weak against Kushina as well. Speaking of pos 1 vs pos 1. She will stab through his immunity and paralyse, while heals back.

Hashi would win 100% if same bp . Mass interruption , heal , immobile . chakra absorb ,

Plus , There's no way, Itachi has enough damage to kill off Edo Hashi and the moment he's freed

he will heal back

How hard edo Hashirama hits? Is it like susano sasuke, roshi or Kurama Naruto?

Itachi Susanoo will easily beat edo hashirama.

So... let's start saying that i have both of them.

Itachi susanoo has the strongest auto in the game, the mystery is great (even if it's a bit outdated, too many immune ninjas), the immunity to status + chases is great (too few immunity-breaking ninjas around). The double chase is great to fit him into a team. Strong cons: no immobile / chaos on chases.

Basically he was born to be a position 1, but with the newest ninjas around his damage feels... lacking, at best. He is a good pos 2 ninja if paired with madara founder and wind / earth main.

Edo Hashi is the best support you are going to see. He is pos 1 material only in GNW / ranked, as he can shutdown the whole enemy field turn 2. Both chases are great, probably among the best in the game. His heal passive is just as awesome, considering you will full cleanse up to 6 sage characters and the healing is quite nice (20% of ninjutsu). Strong cons: really squishy, easily CC'able.

Something that is to be said is that in time we will see his L upgrade, which will make him a great tank (CC immunity + heal on hit), at the expense of his healing and interruption on mystery.

In the end, a warning: both of these two ninjas need high power to be actually usable. They are not the auto-win they are sold for if you have average power, but could be quite helpful at really high power.

So, if you are f2p or a mild spender, they are not *really* the ninjas for you.

I still have to see a comporable or lower power person than me that uses edo hashirama so i can't say much about it in terms of how good he is in that situation, but i can tell you that itachi susano'o strictly requires that you own an overstacked move 1. I've seen a lot of itachi used by people with comparable or lower power than me and he is not a serious issue to deal with, unless he is paired with shisui and also madara founder, mostly with fire or wind main (but also that lineup is actually beatable on par power).

What i feel about edo hashi is that he is meant to be the best possible support for water main, just not the neurotoxin version, and for wind main, just not in the common versions she is right now used.

A lineup like: edo hashi, water main, kabuto snake cloak, kisame samehama/edo sasori/tsunade sannin war full sb with 1st mystery mutation, for example, is extremely hard to beat, but is slow in making you win the battle. In the sense, you actually kill your enemy in round 5+ with a 15k/20k shark bomb and a 5k 4th chase (that scales up fast with nature energy gathering boost) while you wholly shut down or endure them in the meanwhile, but is still round 5+...
