So... let's start saying that i have both of them.

Itachi susanoo has the strongest auto in the game, the mystery is great (even if it's a bit outdated, too many immune ninjas), the immunity to status + chases is great (too few immunity-breaking ninjas around). The double chase is great to fit him into a team. Strong cons: no immobile / chaos on chases.

Basically he was born to be a position 1, but with the newest ninjas around his damage feels... lacking, at best. He is a good pos 2 ninja if paired with madara founder and wind / earth main.

Edo Hashi is the best support you are going to see. He is pos 1 material only in GNW / ranked, as he can shutdown the whole enemy field turn 2. Both chases are great, probably among the best in the game. His heal passive is just as awesome, considering you will full cleanse up to 6 sage characters and the healing is quite nice (20% of ninjutsu). Strong cons: really squishy, easily CC'able.

Something that is to be said is that in time we will see his L upgrade, which will make him a great tank (CC immunity + heal on hit), at the expense of his healing and interruption on mystery.

In the end, a warning: both of these two ninjas need high power to be actually usable. They are not the auto-win they are sold for if you have average power, but could be quite helpful at really high power.

So, if you are f2p or a mild spender, they are not *really* the ninjas for you.
