lol ok bro im not gonna argue the facts on the range of the AOE attack. but i will try to screen shot it next time i do the attack. this isn't gonna get anywhere without evidence so yeah.
im not here to complain or even say this class is super OP like the title of the thread. I'm simply pointing out something that needs to be patched because its slightly unfair. every class haves its weaknesses but to say its only good for kyuubi is a major downplay to the character.
I'm only asserting this because of two years of experience and it's the same way in China too. Midnight Blade is an underpowered joke later, you're only having a hard time with him now because you're playing on a lowbie server and no one understands the game yet. You also don't understand your own AOE has repulse and hits multiple targets in a row. I've died to it enough to know its AOE effect, I've come to hate Wind mains especially since they're FASTER than Lightning mains. Read the description for Giant Rasengan too, it hits the entire enemy team TWICE over 2 rounds.
Cause ninjutsu and taijutsu damage with to entire enemy team. Repelled enemy will suffer damage to its rear rank. Carry out 4 cooling rounds after 2 rounds of continuous application.
People complain about aggro or burn decks all the time in card games. A deck that does nothing but hit you for 5+ damage every turn? Sounds OP. But it's not OP in practice and gets shutdown relatively easily by experienced players and solid decks. It does however crush every newbie to the game who thinks their Elite strategy is top tier. Same concept and I've been playing card games since 1991.
You claim it's unfair, claim every class has weaknesses, but every class also has strengths. You want MB nerfed because of an apparent strength without fully realizing the strengths of your own class or the playstyle. Is the damage class going to outdamage you? YES. Paralysis is not the worst status effect either, by far that would be Ignition and Acupuncture. You're complaining that a class is using a counter to combo teams yet refuse to use anything except a combo team.
Likewise, there are counters to paralysis as well. A single Sakura cure undoes most of the damage and the paralysis, effectively making it a wasted attack/chakra with weak AOE dmg and allowing you to retaliate in force with something stronger. Mirror characters like Fire Main, Kurenai, and Kakashi reflect status conditions back on the enemy. Multiple healers remove debuffs from the people they heal, enabling their combos again, and there's even a Pain that wipes ALL debuffs from the team twice per turn. He'll be easily obtainable from the shops next update.
Again Paralysis is a temporary 1-turn combo disabler. It doesn't stop you from attacking like Immobile, it doesn't prevent you from casting like Acupuncture, it doesn't counter healing like Ignition. The only thing it stops are Chase skills. It's nowhere near as strong as Acupunctures multi-turn jutsu disabler or Ignition's prevention of healing PLUS unavoidable scaling bonus damage. Heck, wait till people get to chapter 8 and everyone's running Tsunade for Chaos and watch your team not only get to NOT attack and NOT chase and NOT use jutsu but also attack your own team, or wait till the Tayuya/Itachi teams start becoming popular and people are causing Sleeps with autoattacks every single turn. Because he too will be available in shops next update.
