Hello, if clearing the client cache did not work, then I would suggest clearing cache then flushing DNS, and see if that helps to fix your login issue. If you are still experiencing issues after doing both of these things, then it is likely that there is a disconnect while trying to access the servers, which will likely require logging in while using a VPN, which will likely require using most, if not all, of the available servers to bypass the issue.
