-Ibiki, is an old and very good ninja who deserves a bt to enter the meta. His skill kit gives openings for a bt that makes him a meta. He could have status immunity, esoteric cell damage, reset eso, improve passives, clear status at the beginning of rounds and still be able to scale Ninjutsu and Attack

-Kakashi Susano, an abandoned ninja who deserves a bt, doesn't need to be that broken but a bt would make him usable.

-Shisui Kotoamatsukami, needs a bt that will help many beginner players.
