Yeah.. i just noticed, and actually wrote a thread on customer service asking for clarification, because, if im right no matter if i reach Kage in the next seasons, i will always receive less than a genin rank that was six path in the past on their own server. Well, arena is going fine right? everybody loves it as it is right? Why listen to dozen reports in the Customer Service when you guys spent 30 mins acepting what should normal standard (talking about communication here) 20 mins altering banner and creating a new thread and telling us to send email when... i dont even know. SORRY about the sarcasm, just read oficial website "Arena Seasons Rewards Announcement". Is it with stuff like joking with people reactions you call communicate? Just read: “OMG! This Season I’m going to get amazing rewards! I might have never reached Six Paths Sennin, but I’m a Kage! Those rewards are already pretty amazing!”“Are you kidding with me? I was supposed to get the Kage rank rewards! Regarding server merges. You let a server 3 month old and with less than 100 players get arena updated w/o thinking that would block ascension in ranks for many and paying back with something like "we are sorry you couldn't understand what we wrote". Communication is good, improve that, but also correcting unfairness. Watching people getting all those frags after 1 month of waiting for those rewards really kills the mood. Frustration is the word. Regarding future polls, until actual actions, just seems another tactic to make people feel fulfilled (as it is with server merges threadS). PS: it starts with unfairness like that, and one mistake trigger (one deleted tool lvl1 mistake) to make people quit, and i just saw a mate quitting like that, now the person i played with is gone and here i am watching the group offline time.

You guys are not noticing.. Even this forum is lacking active viewers. Active replies.The main subject here is that forum mods create threads for us to reply in case of some problem to make us feel us integrated. But that will not go anywhere while there is no EU/UK devs that do stuff regarding this region. WE are not chinese players. And they just went full mistakes on this game. For the part of how "people who didn't pay enough".. I think it's obvious that some power level pay people will play alone with themselfs.

Exactly my point on http://forum.naruto.oasgames.com/en/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=14302&extra=page%3D1In a server where after 2.0 there was no more arena fights. Stuck below max rank forever. And we just received an apology of in how we couldn't understood how arena works. Also, to add to the case, we get this arena matching system that is completely unplayable (in my case; and others).My only suggestion at this point is to stop arena fighting all together till they get their heads together and do the right thing; starting to give full rewards to those stuck since 2.0; because it will take 2seasons to be fully rewarded, that if you can get up on arena since we are only geting monsters. Guessing, monsters getting fish?!

I just added a complaint to a previous unanswered complaint regarding this. After 2.0 people stoped doing ranked arena because it took much time (hours to find someone), and now this... This is not CN servers, most people are here not to be competitive. There will be no great number of players for mobile game (guessin that will be releassed). If by matching in arena means fighting someone with every char 2k life (and % rest of stats) above me means a fair fight...well, .. there is no well, i don't understand.

I really would appreciate that someone with influence regarding gaming aspects to pronounce regarding this issue, since this isn't player fault. One note to add: This arena system (with cross servers) will not work in Europe; people quitting from *ready empty server. I read a post about someone making a point that "merges requests should go upwards"; that will fail also since europe (wont speak of us ones since i'm not one), have a different view of the game from chinese players; same standards will not apply. So, i submit a request to fully review arena system while asking for a clarification on 2.0+arena new season issue.
