Hello everyone, I understand the frustration you feel, however if you wish to report a bug, any kind of evidence would be needed. This situation would require a video of pulling in a treasure to show that indeed, rare ninjas do not appear. That being said, the fact that those do not appear may be caused by bad luck. I'm not saying this particular situation is 100% luck's fault, just giving it as a possibility.

Hey there, As mentioned by other players, you need to achieve Six Paths' Sage rank first. After you have done that, each month your rank will be reset to 0 points, and you will receive rewards based on the rank you finished at. Before you reach 6 Paths, your rank doesn't reset, and you receive the lowest rank rewards.
