The more you spend the better the rewards yes, based on that you can see in the video the value of the items you can get is already low at a low amount spent. Not that I suggest spending so little but its a good sign that you the event is worthwhile when it comes to the RNG items obtained and not just the items obtained by coins.

Hashirama or Tendo?

When drawing in most Treasure you don't know what you are going to get. For example to get Hashirama or Tendo you need to use 400 total Seal Scrolls in the Tendo Treasure and you get a 50/50 chance of getting either. It's best not to use Seal Scrolls in this Treasure as 76 Fragments of Tendo can be obtained from Ultimate Training and Hashirama can be obtained from Lucky Board( if you are lucky). Besides that both Ninja's do very poorly in fights. Tendo is only useful for doing Team Instances. Hashirama is useful for buffing Tendo in team instances ... and Group Summon. You are best off saving your Seal Scrolls for Great Ninja War Treasure, this is unlocked at level 70. These have ninja's that are in the current meta. Another option is saving 210 Seal scrolls for a Super rare such as Ay (Land of Lighting Treasure unlocked at level 65) , Roshi (Jinchuriki Treasure unlocked level 65). Some will say that Five Kage Treasure is still good to draw from , which is unlocked at level 70. Some ninja's from here are good but you play the game of RNG to get those ones as there in a large pool on ninja's to draw. You can check out all Treasure drops on the wiki

I have no clue, my fellow Naruto Online player. I am but a simple man with simple needs, passing by this forum in hope of an exciting event. When I came across a tale of the legend that goes by the name bodhi. A god amongst men who once defeated all the Kanto Region Elite 4 with nothing but a broken Pokeball as a projectile and Pokeflute with the ability to play Charlie Puth – "Attention" as he destroyed his opponents. Even with a handicap of 59k Battle Power, he will wipe the floor with this man named Gilgamesh and with his final attack, he will yell so loud that even the gods will hear!!! "Where are the strong opponents?".

I am aware of this Danzo, but this thread isn't about the likelihood of versing higher or lower levels based on the online player base but what is the biggest level different possible you can encounter. For me so far I versed someone who is 33 levels higher than me, it was an immediate queue so I was disproving Gav theory on you can only verse a player 10 levels higher or lower in the first 30 seconds of matchmaking.
