I have heard that recently Chrome has placed a default block on Flash, perhaps that might help you to bypass your issue. If you click on the "Lock" *on below, you can` allow Chrome to use Flash for the website, perhaps this can help. I am trying to see if I can find a different solution for you, but right now I can't think of anything currently, if the country access is truly the issue, you could attempt to login while using a VPN, and hope that helps you out.

Try to have as many people as possible send in the CS tickets, and be sure everyone tries and states that they cleared their cache, hopefully that can get them to look at it a bit deeper. Or hopefully its working by now XD

I'm not a mod, but I had this happen to me a while back, I reported it to Customer Service, but there wasn't anything they could do for me, without proof that I didn't click that *on. If you wish to, you could always send in a CS ticket, and hope there is something they can do for you, just describe everything, and send as many screenshots as you can, as long as they are relevant. Be sure to include that part about your charms packs not being sent to your inventory, hopefully there is something they can do for you!
