Hello on newely created server at start I get reward from daily sing in yet on lvl 16 when daily practice appeared it didnt give me any rewards and losing the daily package at start is a lot is there any way to recive this 10 point activity?

The only way to receive credit for completing that daily mission, is by clicking to sign in after you unlock the daily practice. Sorry :(
