I'll try to give my own tempered response. I've HAD a lot of fun with this game and made some good friends. But it is not a game I see surviving in the long-term because of a lot of short-sighted decisions. honestly a lot of people on my MERGED server have quit, the three servers combined are basically just have slightly more population than before they were merged which *s. F2p people are just cattle for p2w players to plunder and kill in sage (i'm kind of a P2W player btw.) There really needs to be more and better events for f2p, and some way for them to catch up to p2w in a better way. People just keep moving to new servers, thats good for you in the short term but i won't move to a new server, i'll just quit.Some legitimate complaints:1) Oasis is way too secret, often really in an unfriendly way. For example, 7 day daily specials. Is it so hard to tell us what the daily specials will be in advance of the event so we can pick what we want to spend on, if any? 2) Sometimes you are downright shady. I feel really bad for whoever got duped by the Kazekage treasures. Especially since Temari (and Ao I believe) being designated in it and then common right after.3) The RNG and rewards on some of the biggest spending events is terrible. ONE Hiruzen frag?4) GNW doesn't have enough rewards5) milking Konan is just dumb since shes not even a good ninja for anyone really.6) has anyone forgotten you gave us JIRAIYA for a monthly in january??7) what i'm really disappointed is that all the developers seem to be oblivious that a very large portion of the game community is bored and discontent. Basically the only event people are happy with is Lucky Board, mainly because it isn't as rigged as the other events are, but even our lucky board could be better. You, the developers, are not getting good information.8) communication about what features were coming in 2.0 was really bad.9) the kage meta is so stale now. 10) Super Kage Scrolls and Super Sage scrolls are bugged or misleading. First, Super Kage scrolls DONT drop from any exam between 101 - 119 unlike other scrolls. And Super Sage scrolls dont drop from exam 120. It's this kind of misleading buggy stuff thats annoying. 11) 900 seals for super rare in kage *s. Reanimated giving you 2 star ninja when everything else is 3 star also *s. Hardly anyone is going to spend big into reanimated.12) your poll system is so crazy and rigged. 2000 votes minimum, voting on features you were already planning to introduce. Well, I guess I'm glad we did that since it got you to reconsider the cross server sage or pause it. Sage rewards, a lot of rewards, are just too top heavy. IF you aren't top 3 in sage or can't get there, you might as well afk in sage. 13) persistent bugs like the matsuri bug, the SA/TI bug, translation issues that are NEVER fixed (like mabui skill description) are part of the reason i dont see a long term future for this game like the China version.14) why are rebate events only 2-3 days long now starting on a monday? [PVP] A slightly different convoy thread: Should I stop doing SS missions altogether?

if you're a in situation where you cant convoy successfully because your support is never strong enough, and you never succeed at convoying, then I would consider a few things:1) convoy about 15 minutes into sage. (so about 7:50 - 7:55 PM). Everyone strong in your server is in sage. They're not likely to leave to go check plunder. If they do, you're costing them a position in sage. I'm assuming from your post, you have no chance to win sage. So just go in to sage, do one or two battles, refresh, go check the convoy.2) Convoy 5-10 minutes into Nine Tails (so about 8:25 or 8:30pm) for the same reason. 3) The other good time I think to convoy is 12:00 - 1:30pm. if you can't convoy during lunch time, I would wait later and later in the day to SS convoy. The reason is that if a plunderer doesnt find a plunder by 7:30pm, they might give up and go convoy. I don't think it's smart to just SS convoy right away, I would rather risk not getting an SS convoy rather than giving up 50 free coupons to the strongest people on your server. That being said, i'm writing this from the perspective of a plunderer not a convoyer. You're giving up 105 coupons a week by not SS convoying. But you're getting around 105 contribution points and coins (if my math is correct) which can be used for group lucky wheel and you're also not giving 350 coupons to people already stronger than you. I have to agree. I don't want to jump on the hate oasis bandwagon, but I will point out that my server merged over a month ago and we had 20-30 people on each team in sage - awesome right? Well, today we had 10-12 each team in Sage. That's a big drop-off. I think my group has lost about 30% of the members since the merge (maybe more). Most events - Matsuri, Sage, Plunder, these events really favor the top 10 on the server (yes i'm one of them). Someone with 36k power and weak refining and two designated was asking me how to get six path sennin in the Arena now that it's cross-server and I basically told him I didn't think it was possible. Plunder rewards are so skewed compared to convoy. I really feel bad to steal people's coupons but if you don't do it, you are at a real disadvantage compared to people who do. Even GNW, most people aren't happy with the participation rewards. This kind of *s, because in some ways, the game is better for f2p more than ever (way more opportunities to get seals compared to 2-3 months ago). But, server populations are so spread out and all the events really cater to the top players (too much in my opinion). People just leave for other games or go to new severs - very few people ever start playing on an existing server. Lots of people at different stages (low power f2p, small spenders, whales) seem to be unhappy, despite the 2.0 changes (which on the whole, were good)... not a good prognosis for the future. I think one thing that could improve Arena (besides the matchmaking flaws everyone has pointed out) is to let people use trial ninjas in ranked. What's the harm...?
