The guy who replied to you doesn't know what he is talking about. Oasis puts Madara Founder and any other super rares like itachi susanoo (in the past) at a very high cost in events. They won't give him or Itachi out for free even if they are outdated in the meta. As you pointed out, Madara 5 Kage has been given in Germany so its still a possibility.

Instead of posting every time you provide a team, provide a list of your ninjas and ask if any of your ninjas can be a decent setup. Assuming you're on a new server, do you want to compare against other f2ps on new servers or all players in all servers?

They won't disclose the redeemables. Your best bet is asking someone on the HK server when their server resets for them - try discord. 4PM at NY servers, 12PM at LA servers and 9PM at London servers is when the HK server resets if you were wondering to have time for yourself
