Also, it does say once per round. There are usually more than 1 round in a battle.

I can read. Other passives based on stacks don't mention said stacks being lost on rezzing. If passives reset on death/rez than that 1 time per round counter should reset to 0, and then activate again.

I'm pretty sure it has never launched anyone. I'm assuming that certain probability here means 100%, or it should, because the wind main's first skill, says there is a certain probability of high combo, and it gives high combo every time. Another issue I have with it is that it says it attacks the front enemy.
